Who is Haluk Selvi?

​Selvi, who started his career in 1994, has completed 10 years of his 25 years of professional work experience in the Koc Group. Haluk Selvi focused on the establishment and simplification of the systematization of the numerical algorithm between technical and commercial operations and financial performance and financial indicators in different sectors such as white goods, automotive, machinery, chemicals, food, textile, etc., where he held senior management positions.

Believing that financials are the result and operations are the cause, he specialized in financial engineering with the engineering perspective he received his education and had the opportunity to lead profitability increase, cost reduction, capital efficiency, balance sheet architecture improvement, pricing, "Turnaround" / Cash Bottleneck Management, Portfolio Optimization, Business Model Innovation and Company Value Maximization programs with many projects he took part in.

He took part in the processes of the relevant institutions winning international awards and the establishment of new partnerships (M&A) with the acquisition and merger projects realized.

In addition to his engineering education, Haluk Selvi, who is a lean manufacturing expert and a six sigma expert black belt, is also the founder of the ABBM (Action Based Business Management) model, which was presented at the International Management and Business Congress organized by SOCIAL SCIENCES RESEARCH SOCIETY (SoSReS) in Izmir in April 2013.
